Cypress Employment is currently seeking an OFFICE MANAGER / LIGHT BOOKKEEPING candidate

for a client in Birmingham.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Work 3 or 4 days per week. $20/Hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General office duties and administrative support to all three locations.

Assist H/R department in processing new hires and terminations.

Assist Controller with basic accounting tasks.

Process expense invoices for payment including rectifying problems.

Maintain documentation of company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree.
  • Basic accounting and accounts payable knowledge.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of the process.
  • Ability to perform work with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in discreet and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Standard Drug screen and Background Checks will be performed.
